This tutorial shows how to build a simple FLASH sequence from scratch, based on the demo sequence. It details how to create gradient pulses and RF pulses, and how to arrange them in a rather generic sequence (both 2D and 3D, with options for GRAPPA and Partial Fourier), in less than 650 lines of code. Although msl aims at being user-friendly, basic knowledge of the IDEA environment is required to follow this tutorial.
